Christmas 2013 Order Deadlines

Below are our Christmas Ordering Deadlines for 2013. To make sure we meet these deadlines, if you request a proof, it will be sent to you within 48 hours. Please respond to that email within 48 hours of receipt. If you have not responded to the proof by the deadline, we will go forward with printing your product to ensure that it will arrive in time for Christmas.

Standard and Tough Cases – December 4th
Plates, Platters, Trays and Tumblers – December 5th
All Decals – December 10th
All Remaining Products – December 13th

Shipping

Our standard turnaround time is around 7-10 (10-14 for phone cases) business days, plus ship time. All orders are filled in the order they are placed and products cannot be rushed. The 7-10 days does not begin until all personalization information is received and requested proofs are approved. They are worth the wait!

As soon as your product has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Products are shipped as soon as they are completed, so keep in mind that your products may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Refunds and Exchanges

Since your product is custom made just for you, we do not accept returns or refunds. Because of our fast turnaround time on products, your order may not be canceled and a refund will not be issued.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within two business days from date of delivery so we can help you with our claim process.

Our products are warranted for 30 days (after the tracking number confirms delivery) for any type of damage – including the chipping of phone cases. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product and we will help you with our warranty process.

Email and Holidays

Orders, emails and other related activities are only processed during business days. All orders and emails are processed in the order they are received. Due to extensive email volume, please allow at least 2 business days for us to get back to you via email. Furthermore, processing times maybe delayed during select times of the year due to holidays and reduced staff during trade shows.
